Inqyra offers a free version with essential chatbot features and a premium version with advanced capabilities.

All license types include the same premium features — the only difference is the number of websites you can activate.
How to Upgrade¶
- Purchase a license at inqyra.com
- Go to Inqyra > Settings in your WordPress admin
- Enter your license key and click Activate License
- Premium features become available immediately

After Upgrading¶
When you activate a premium license on an existing installation:
- A notice appears on the Knowledge Base page recommending a re-crawl to index custom post types
- Premium menu items (Documents, Synonyms, Webhooks, Statistics) become visible
- The crawling configuration unlocks custom post types and removes the 10-page limit
Grace Period¶
If your license expires, there is a 7-day grace period during which premium features continue to work. After the grace period, premium features are disabled but your existing data (documents, synonyms, webhooks) is preserved and will become accessible again when you renew.
