The Statistics page provides detailed analytics about your chatbot's usage and costs.

Navigate to: Inqyra > Statistics

Date Range Filter

Use the dropdown at the top of the page to select a time period:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Last year

Summary Cards

Four summary cards show totals for the selected period:

Card Description
Total Conversations Number of chat sessions
Total Messages Combined user and assistant messages
Total Tokens Tokens consumed (input + output)
Total Cost (USD) Spending based on provider pricing

Daily Breakdown

A detailed table shows metrics for each day (most recent first):

Column Description
Date Calendar date
Conversations Number of new conversations started
Messages Messages exchanged
Tokens Tokens consumed
Cost (USD) Daily cost

Exporting Data

Click Export CSV to download the statistics for the selected date range as a CSV file. This is useful for:

  • Creating custom reports
  • Importing into spreadsheet tools
  • Sharing usage data with stakeholders
  • Tracking costs over time

Understanding Your Statistics

Cost Optimization

Use the daily breakdown to identify:

  • Peak usage days — Consider increasing limits on busy days
  • Cost trends — Track whether costs are growing and adjust limits accordingly
  • Quiet periods — Identify low-traffic times when the widget might not need to be active

Conversation Quality

Compare the messages per conversation ratio to understand engagement:

  • Low messages per conversation (1–2) may indicate visitors aren't getting useful answers — review your knowledge base content and system prompt
  • High messages per conversation (5+) suggests good engagement and follow-up questions
